11-21-2004, This system was experiencing some type of interference that falsed the PL decoder. Kasey, Tim, and Kevin decided to change the PL tone to 146.2 Hz. The new PL frequency conforms to the regional PL plan for the Damascus area. The repeater seems to be working fine.
